A Mountain View Vacation Rules and Regulations

· A Mountain View Vacation is a senior RV park. At least one member of your party must be 55 or older.

· Each site has electric, water and sewer. We do not have a bathhouse or any type of facilities on site. By renting a space you are required to utilize your camper’s bathroom and wash facility. Tent campers are not permitted. 

· It is your responsibility to have the proper sewer connections and clean up any spillage caused by your unit.

· Check in time is at 3pm and checkout is 12pm. We can make exceptions for early check-in but you must call to verify. 

· Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

· Prices are based on 2 adults per RV site and one tow vehicle. If you have more than 2 people per RV site and need an additional parking spot for additional vehicles / people, the rate is $15.00 per extra vehicle per day. 

· You are responsible for the action of yourself and your guest.

· The water provided by A Mountain View Vacation is well water.

· Be a good neighbor. Keep your area clean & neat. 

· Pets are permitted, but must be kept on a leash, contained with an invisible fence or in your RV. Excessive barking that will disturb the serenity that surrounds us will not be tolerated. We love our pets as much as anyone but the premise of this location is quiet enjoyment of one of the best views in western NC and the peace provided by this setting.  Please clean up after your pet. Do not tie up pets outside of RV. 

· If visiting during the winter months you are required to have a heated water line in freezing weather. If you do not have heated lines, you are required to disconnect your line during low temperatures. If you do not disconnect during freezing temperatures, you will be required to pay for any and all damages.

· Please do not walk through other guest’s site uninvited. Please refrain from using empty site as they have been groomed for the next guest.

· Our insurance covers the campground area only, please refrain from entering the personal property of the owners.

· Vehicle repair and changing oil is not allowed on site. 

· When departing from park, try not to block the ingress and egress of other vehicles.

· Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

· If you or your guests violate these simple rules you and your guests will be expelled without any refund and not allowed to return.

Cancellation policy:

• Full Refunds are available if notified and approved at least 30 days prior to your reservation, less a $25 cancellation fee.
• 50% Refunds are available if notified and approved 7 days prior to your reservation.
• No Refunds are available for cancellations within 7 days of your reservation.
